NXGEN International, Inc. (“NXGEN”) has been named the SBA’s 2018 Montana Small Business Exporter of the Year.
The company is an international credit card processing company operating in over 30 countries located in North America, South America, Central America and Europe. The company was founded in 2002, and is based out of the small town of Whitefish, Montana. The company ismanaged by Chief Executive Officer Thomas Nitopi and Giuseppe Caltabiano, President of International Operations.
With the assistance of an SBA guaranteed loan, NXGEN successfully launched its new internationally focused program called Word Access TM in April of 2016. This new unified global sales tool is offered to other merchant service providers in an effort to make global expansion available to all providers, not just those that are able to afford the cost of establishing themselves in a foreign market. This is revolutionary to the industry as it allows small business owners and their merchant service provider to maintain their existing relationship beyond U.S. borders. This in turn helps U.S. small businesses by making the process of exporting less burdensome.
NXGEN is the largest global Merchant Service Provider and Independent Sales Organization serving over 13,000 merchants in multiple countries around the world. NXGEN has experienced substantial growth in the international aspect of their business and their global footprint covers 30 countries with plans for continued international expansion.
NXGEN International, Inc. was nominated by Thomas Swenson, Chief Executive Officer at Bank of Montana, Missoula, Montana.
