Misty Wittman has been promoted to Assistant Vice President, Consumer Loan Officer for the Stockman Bank Billings Shiloh location. Her responsibilities include administering installment loans, lines of credit and home equity loan portfolios, along with assisting clients with their financial needs. 

Wittman brings over 20 years of banking experience to the position, which includes personal banking, customer relations, new accounts and business development. She has been with Stockman Bank since 2012 and most recently served as a personal banking officer.  

Wittman is active in the community, serving as a board member for the Laurel Exchange Club and is a member of the Billings Chamber Leadership Alumni Task Force. She is also involved in Stockman Bank related events.

Ty Elkin has joined Stockman Bank as Senior Vice President-Billings Market. His responsibilities include managing new and existing banking relationships, business development and assisting the Billings Market President in bank operations, employee supervision and management, and all phases of lending for the six Stockman Bank Billings area locations.

Elkin brings over 20 years of banking and leadership experience to the position, which includes branch supervision, small business and commercial lending, customer relations and business development. He most recently served as the President/CEO of St. Vincent Healthcare Foundation.

 Elkin earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Montana State University Billings in 1995. He graduated with honors from the Pacific Coast Graduate School of Banking at the University of Washington in Seattle, Washington in 2006. He also completed the Chamber’s Leadership Billings program and recently received the 2020 MSU Billings Distinguished Alumni award for his professional accomplishments and community involvement. Mason O’Donnell recently joined Stockman Bank as a Financial Analyst. His responsibilities include modeling interest rate and liquidity risk; and assisting in the analysis of the balance sheet strategies, funding options and firm capitalization.

 He will also provide credit write-ups and analysis on fixed income investments for the bank’s bond portfolio, as well as the reporting of key measurements, performance ratios and credit standards.

O’Donnell earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Finance at Northwestern College in Orange City, Iowa in 2019. He is currently a level 2 candidate in the CFA program.

Patrice Elliott has recently been promoted to Vice President, Branch manager for Stockman Bank Shiloh. Elliott will focus on overseeing bank operations, management and employee supervision, developing and servicing commercial and construction loans, and assisting clients with their lending and credit needs.

Elliott has an extensive banking background which includes credit review, consumer banking manager, community bank president, and area president for a large national bank. Her extensive banking knowledge is an asset to Stockman Bank and the Billings community.

Elliott earned her Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from Minnesota State University in Moorhead, MN. She is also a certified Public Accountant. She is active in our community serving on numerous boards including the Big Sky Economic Development Association, Billings Chamber of Commerce, and United Way of Yellowstone County. Brian Lubinski has recently joined Stockman Bank as a Real Estate Loan Officer at the Billings Heights location. His responsibilities include assisting clients with their goal of becoming a homeowner or refinancing to consolidate debt, lower current monthly payments, or utilize their home as a tool for further investment in real estate.

Lubinski brings over 11 years of banking experience to the position, which includes commercial and consumer real estate lending. He most recently served as a Real Estate Loan Officer for a regional bank in Billings. He will be an asset to Stockman Bank and the Billings community.

Lubinski earned his Bachelor of Science degree in business finance for the University of Montana. He will be an active participant in various Stockman Bank related activities.

Melissa Yackley has recently joined Stockman Bank as a Commercial Loan Officer for the King Avenue office. Her responsibilities include developing and servicing commercial and construction loans, and assisting clients with their lending and credit needs.

Yackley brings over 14 years of banking experience to the position, which includes commercial lending and business development.

Yackley earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of North Dakota in Grand Forks, ND.

Roshon Foran has recently joined Stockman Bank as a Real Estate Loan Officer at the Billings Grand location. Her responsibilities include assisting clients with their goal of becoming a homeowner or refinancing to consolidate debt, lower current monthly payments, or utilize their home as a tool for further investment in real estate.

Foran brings over six years of banking experience to the position, which includes commercial and consumer real estate lending.

Foran earned her Associates degree in arts from Miles Community College. She is active in the community serving as a board member for the Billings Association of Realtors. She is also actively involved in the Billings Chamber and Billings HBA.
