She has expertise in trauma-informed care and is dedicated to the field of domestic and sexual violence, as well as human trafficking. Her tenure with YWCA has allowed her to develop expertise in trauma-informed care program delivery and design. Lambert’s dedication to the field of domestic and sexual violence, as well as human trafficking, has earned her recognition throughout the community.
